We are seeking candidates for our Technical Recruiter position here in Minnetonka. This is a full time employee position with competitive salary, benefits and incentives.

Description: The primary role will be to recruit IT talent for consulting engagements and placement opportunities within local clients. This role would include daily phone work, networking, emails and social networking to search for and qualify IT candidates while maintaining, managing and updating our talent base. We use a wide variety of tools to attract and contact candidates, so experience with job boards and various software tools would be a plus.

We are seeking a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on talent with database or software development technologies. Some keys to success will include:

• Innate desire to achieve
• Overall strong sense of fairness,honesty and integrity
  

Training and experience in Human Resources a plus as well as a good background with MS Office and other productivity tools. Although the position is primarily Technical Recruiting, some experience in inside sales would also be a plus.
