Often candidates with expert skills in technologies like C#, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL, J2EE, Oracle or more specific skills move through the market in a week, if not a few days.

Through a process of continuous networking, qualifying, linking and tracking end dates, we arrive with candidates that “have done that before”.  It’s great when a candidate not only has the skills, but has done something very similar to your project.

As part of our qualifying process we establish a link between our candidate’s references and our network to see where and how he or she has performed in the past.

While we employ many tools to make it easier to source quantities of candidates; it takes the human element, the skill, experience and discernment to produce well qualified candidates.
